Cahaya SPK in Section U9, Shah Alam is an
integrated resort township featuring a mix of both
residential and commercial properties, educational
institutions and recreational parks. Developed by
SPK Homes, the low-density township sits upon 500
acres of leasehold land. The whole township is
estimated to take 12 years for it to be truly
completed.
At Cahaya SPK, the residential and commercial
properties in this township is to be approximately

Phase 3 is dubbed Park Link Villas @ Precinct 3,
and it features a mix of 92 units consisting of
2-storey link semi-detached houses, semi-detached
houses, and linked bungalows.
12 acres of land have been dedicated to the
commercial part of Cahaya SPK. This development
incorporates a mix of shops and office towers.

This is because it is SPK Homes' vision to promote
